The panel surface is IP68 rated, offering excellent weather resistance. However, solar efficiency is extremely low during rain, and you must ensure the output ports remain dry. Always wipe the panel dry before folding and storing to prevent mildew.
How to clean the solar panel surface to maintain high efficiency?
Periodically wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Never use harsh chemical solvents, paints, adhesives, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the ETFE protective coating.
